Camillus hires director of design & construction to lead several multimillion dollar projects

With several multimillion-dollar projects planned in the coming year, Camillus House has hired Frank Cervoni as the agency’s new Director of Design and Construction.

Cervoni will oversee the construction of Camillus House’s new $88 million campus, as well as serve as liaison with the Carlisle Development Group and Biscayne Housing on Labre Place, a 90-unit project that will provide permanent housing for the formerly homeless. In his role as Director of Design and Construction, Cervoni will plan, direct, coordinate, budget, and manage the construction and maintenance of all Camillus House projects.

Cervoni has more than 23 years of professional experience and most recently worked in construction administration for the Adache Group in Fort Lauderdale. He has a Master of Architecture degree and a Bachelor of Science degree, both earned at the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Camillus House has provided humanitarian services to the indigent and homeless populations of Miami-Dade County for 47 years. Established by the Little Brothers of the Good Shepherd in 1960, Camillus House has grown steadily over the years from a small overnight shelter into a full service center for persons who are poor and homeless.
