Dining & Nutrition Center
Providing daily meals for anyone in need is one of the most essential ways Camillus House fulfills its mission of hospitality. Each day Camillus House prepares and distributes more than 1,400 meals at no charge. Camillus House also distributes bagged lunches to individuals who are unable to attend the afternoon meal or who need immediate food to take with medication. Food boxes are provided to individuals and families who can’t afford to buy groceries or are experiencing a difficult time in their lives.
Camillus House also provides large amounts of food to other nonprofit organizations, including many local faith-based organizations that don’t have the same capacity as Camillus to receive and store food.
