As Director of Government and Community Relations for Camillus House, Mr. England has the responsibility of being the primary contact with government at all levels, as well as the larger Miami-Dade Community. He joined the staff of Camillus House in 1996, having served on the board of directors since 1990. Mr. England brings over thirty years of management experience in marketing and advertising, having previously been the chief marketing officer for both Florida Power and Light and Florida Federal Savings, and running several multi-national advertising agencies.

Mr. England served two terms as an elected member of the St. Petersburg, Florida City Council. He holds a marketing degree from St. John’s University of New York City and has done post graduate work at the University of Connecticut and the Columbia University Graduate School of Business.

Mr. England is married, has three sons, and resides in Miami where he is an active member of St. Louis Catholic Church.
